Dear Brendan and Gary

We recently purchased a property through Chris James at Sunningdale office.  The experience that we received from Chris was nothing short of fabulous.  Chris could not have worked harder to have made it happen and there were many occasions when we thought it wouldn't. He is extremely professional, tenacious, empathetic and an excellent negotiator.  He was put in many tricky situations during the process and handled them admirably.  We have been so impressed and wanted to ensure that you knew how delighted we were, that he was dealing with the sale/purchase.

If we consider moving in future, we would not hesitate to contact Chris immediately and will be spreading the word of the excellent experience that we have had with Waterfords.

Dear Lorraine

Just thought I would drop you a few lines to thank you for the excellent service you gave us relating to our move.

Although you were representing the vendors, it felt like you were looking after us too, you always kept us in the loop, regarding what was happening and how we could speed up the process.  This, in alot of case, was better than the service we got from our own solicitor and helped us through the stress of the move.

So to sum up, you are a credit to Waterfords and we feel if we ever want to move again we would definitely come to you and Waterfords to be our estate agents.

We have recently exchanged on our purchase and are due to complete on 17/19/10.  The property was purchased through your Sunningdale office.

May we take this opportunity of expressing our gratitude to your Sunningdale Office.  The team led by Paul Bosanko should be a credit to your organisation.  Robert Baggs especially is the most professional, honest and patient estate agent that we have experienced.

You could say Brendan that you would expect no more from your staff at Sunningdale office.  Well as a business man running my own business I know that without good quality staff an organisation is nothing - no matter how big or small the organisation is.  Our first contact with Waterfords was Robert Baggs.  He kept us in constant touch with various properties on the market, called us on a regular basis, showed us various properties, NEVER forced a sale on us, was very patient - even came to see us when we asked him to 'pop' in.

We have been looking for properties in this region for over 12 months now and have registered with all the estate agents in this area.  We did the same thing with all the estate agents and the ONLY one who 'kept in touch' without us chasing them was Robert.  Unlike with other estate agents - we NEVER felt like 'another number/contact' with Robert.

So our above mentioned comments are based on a regular experience with various estate agents over the last 12 months and believe me some of the experiences we have had with other estate agents have not been very 'honorable' (I do not want to use bad language so 'honorable' is being nice!)

Our above mentioned property is going to be our dream family house.  In the event that we would sell in the future we would have no hesitation to ask Paul and his team.

So a very big THANK YOU to Paul, Robert and all at Waterfords in Sunningdale.

Dear Sirs

This is the first opportunity that we have had to write and thank you all for the professional advice and help in selling our property 113 Gordon Road, Camberley.

It seems a long time since we moved on 9 April but because of extensive urgent renovations we did not actually move into our bungalow until the 19th May!  Five weeks in storage living with our son plus cat not to be repeated!

We appreciated all your efforts to get so many people through our front door, from the Open Day in September 2009 and through all the snow and ice that followed, until you eventually found us a buyer.

The overall service afforted to us by everyone in the office was superb.  However, special thank must be made to Steve, Lorraine and Darren for their cheerfulness and sense of humour when were almost ready to give up and stay put!!

Just wanted to say thank you for all your hand work, but I have now found a house in North Ascot so my search is over.  Out of all the local estate agents (and I registered with all of them) I found that all three of you were attentive, enthusiastic and helpful.  Most of the others have shown the sort of behaviour that gives estate agents a bad name.  I wish I was buying and selling through Waterfords - I'll know better next time!

Re:  Brilliant Service and Understanding from all @ Waterfords, Camberley

Dear Brendan

We have not met, but I have been dealing with both Darrens (Walter and Sworn) - they have been absolutely brilliant.

That is in no way undermining the rest of the team, predominantly based out of Camberley; the likes of Laura, Vicky, Oliver, James, Steven - the list goes on and on - again, incredible service.

The only people to let everyone down were .....

My wife and I !!!

In short, once we (you!!) had found a buyer, who had themselves found a buyer, and had put an offer into us (albeit a little lower than we would have like!) - we basically got cold feet, for very good personal reasons, (which either Darrens will fill you in on if you want to know).

The empathy show by both Darrens when I told them of our change of heart was a credit to them both and Waterfords, as I know the importance of 'making a sale'!!!

Suffice to say WHEN we are ready to sell (and I have really thought everything through from our end) there is only ONE Estate Agent we will ever consider - WATERFORDS.

I really hope you can use this note as some sort of testimonial to the people and the service offered out of Waterfords, Camberley.

You better just warn the Darrens and team ....

We WILL be back but not for a while now!!

I am due to complete on a purchase of my new home this Friday 12 June 2009.

In seeking a new home it is luck with who the ‘right’ house is on the market with. I am pleased to say that I was therefore ‘lucky’ in using your services in the purchase process.

This letter is to highlight the excellent customer service and support your staff afforded me. In particular, I dealt with Adam Gardner. Every time, without exception, I spoke with him I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble and that everything that he said he would do was done. All of this was achieved in a pleasant and friendly manner and put my mind at rest during what is widely recognized as a stressful time. On occasions when Adam was out of the office, I was equally well served by other staff who maintained the high standard of service.

Before finding my property I had experienced poor service with another local agent.  In fact they probably lost a sale as a direct result. It appeared to me that my custom was not important and that what I understood to be simple questions became very difficult to answer and on one occasion I got two different replies to the same question. Enough said!

Please pass on my thanks to Adam and the team at Fleet and if this letter can serve to support evidence of Adam’s performance then I am pleased for you to use it in such a way.
