I just wanted to thank you all for your support and efforts in both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one.  I always found the team in the Camberley Office to be both professional and helpful, everyone was willing to go that extra step, we were always kept informed of what was happening and if I couldn't get any sense from anyone else I always rang you as I knew you would either know the answer or would find it out for me.

 

In particular my thanks to yourself, Steve and Lorraine were always very positive both in the sale of our house and in finding us the ideal property to purchase.

 

As you know moving day was not without is problems but all went through finally and everything is now sorted out.

 

My thanks to you all and I would certainly not hesitate in recommending Waterfords to anyone who is considering selling their house.

Dear Sir or Madam:

 

I am due to complete on a purchase of my new home this Friday 12 June 2009.

 

In seeking a new home it is luck with who the ‘right’ house is on the market with. I am please to say that I was therefore ‘lucky’ in using your services in the purchase process.

 

This letter is to highlight the excellent customer service and support your staff afforded me. In particular, I dealt with Adam Gardner. Every time, without exception, I spoke with him I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble and that everything that he said he would do was done. All of this was achieved in a pleasant and friendly manner and put my mind at rest during what is widely recognized as a stressful time. On occasions when Adam was out of the office, I was equally well served by other staff who maintained the high standard of service.

 

Before finding my property I had experienced poor service with another local agent.  In fact they probably lost a sale as a direct result. It appeared to me that my custom was not important and that what I understood to be simple questions became very difficult to answer and on one occasion I got two different replies to the same question. Enough said!

 

Please pass on my thanks to Adam and the team at Fleet and if this letter can serve to support evidence of Adam’s performance then I am pleased for you to use it in such a way.

As you know we finally closed on our house on Wednesday. I want to thank you and your Sales team for the support and dedication, especially when I have been abroad and trying to close this transaction.

I would particularly like to give kudos to Lisa Sumner who has been great through the whole process. She single handedly managed up and down the chain solicitors, buyers and sellers to complete this transaction in a timely manner.

I would be grateful is you could pass on this email to your Executive team so they are aware of Lisa's professionalism and her persistence to overcome barriers when I being an anxious seller would call her. Her attitude all the time was positive.

Just wanted to say thank you for all your help making sure the sale of our property went through smoothly.  Having sold a house before I can honestly say I was not looking forward to doing all the chasing to make sure the sale kept moving.
