Auction update

In its first ever auction held last week in Guildford, Waterfords marked the occasion with a good tally of sales.  Eight of their eleven properties in the catalogue went.

The event, held in conjunction with Clarke Gammon Wellers, was held at the Holiday Inn in Guildford and was attended by a packed house of 150 people.

"There was a great atmosphere", says Waterfords managing director Brendan Cox. "And it was very positive. Not only the sale of our properties, but also the fact that everyone wants us to keep them informed of future events. Already we've fixed the date for the next auction which will be September 26.
