Waterfords Second Auction

Waterfords recently held their second property auction on 4th October with 75% of the lots selling on the day with several of them far exceeding the reserve price.
Gary Brook, Director of Waterfords comments, “It was certainly a highly charged room, full of eager bidders.” Gary Brook went on to say, “This style of selling properties is becoming more popular as the sale prices are in the public domain and the owners know that once the gavel drops the contracts have unconditionally exchanged and completion takes place 28 days later.
