Technical Award For Jenny

After 20 years in the business, you would have thought a property expert would know

everything there is to know about Lettings, yet Jenny Jackson of Waterfords took up the challenge of a course run by the National Association of Estate Agents, sat four exams and has passed with flying colours.  She has now been credited with a Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Commenting on her achievement Jenny said “it was quite tough having to do a day’s work and then continue with home study, but I felt with the law in property management regularly changing it was important to fully understand how this can affect both our clients and our business”.  Jenny went on to say “I was surprised of the depth that the course went into which included general law”. 

As a result of her accreditation, Jenny has updated many of Waterfords systems and feels confident she and her Management Team are now offering the very best professional service and advice to their landlords and tenants.
