NVQ FOR TWO ESTATE AGENTS

Lorraine Adams and Robert Baggs pictured above, spent two years studying all aspects of the business both during their own time and working hours.

Lorraine commented, “I’ve been with Waterfords for two years now and it was clear from day one that they had a very good on going training programme. I wanted to complement this coaching with a recognised qualification and when I heard they offered staff the opportunity to do an NVQ course, I jumped at the chance.”

Robert has been with Waterfords for three years and reflecting on the course said, “It was a tough syllabus and challenged me through out, but I am delighted that I have now passed the exam. It has improved my knowledge and confidence considerably.”
