LOCAL ESTATE AGENT UP FOR NATIONAL AWARD

WATERFORDS has been short-listed in the Employer of the Year category of the Negotiator Awards 2008, organised in association with property websites Findaproperty.com and Primelocation.com.

The event is the premier estate agency awards scheme in the UK and received more than 185 entries this year.

Clare Bettelley, Editor of The Negotiator, the industry title for estate agents, said : "We've had a terrific response and Waterfords has done brilliantly to get short-listed from such a huge field.

"Britian's estate agents are certainly having a tough time at the moment, but this is an industry awash with talent, entrepreneurialism and creativity, so we're delighted we're able to organise a ceremoney to reward firms that are delivering industry best practice."
