WATERFORDS ‘JOINED UP SERVICE’ HELPS BRING IN NEW RESIDENTS

Waterfords, the six-office estate agent based in Fleet, was recently able to complete a home mover’s relocation from London by using their membership of the ‘movewithus agency network’ to help them sell their old property.

The movewithus agency network connects over 1,200 independent estate agents across the country, enabling relocating home movers to join up their sale and their purchase.

Brendan Cox, Managing Director at Waterfords, explained: “Being part of a network enables us to help buyers and sellers with both the sale of their existing home and the purchase of their new home, whether they want to move into or away from the Surrey area.”

“In this case, a buyer walked into our office, picked their new home and we were able to refer them to an accredited estate agent in London to help them sell their old property.”

Nigel Higgins, director of the movewithus agent network, added: “We feel that the best estate agents are local independents and our network is designed to connect them. For customers selling their homes, it generates interest from buyers looking to relocate from across the country. For customers buying, it gives them the assurance that the sale of their existing home can be taken care of by an accredited agent, wherever they are located in the UK.”
