WATERFORDS PROVIDES SOUND TRAINING GROUND FOR STAFF

Adam Gardner, a Property Consultant at Waterfords’ Fleet branch has been awarded an NVQ Level 3 and an NAEA Technical Award in Residential Estate Agency.  Adam, who has been with the Company for four years said of his achievement:

“The course was actually good fun and I have found it very useful for my personal career development.  All estate agents lead busy lives but these qualifications allow you to work at your own pace and in your own time”.

There are currently five members of staff taking the NVQ qualification and six further employees who have just enrolled for the NAEA Technical Awards in the Sale of Residential Property and Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Viv Jenkins, Operations Support Manager for the Company commented:

“We are very proud that Adam has achieved this highly commendable qualification.  As an Investor in People it is vital that we maintain the IIP standard by developing and progressing our valuable employees.  Waterfords welcomes the day when Estate Agency will have to be licenced and regulated and these nationally recognized qualifications will be essential for all practicing Estate Agents”.
