WATERFORDS GETS TOP MARKS FROM OMBUDSMAN FOR ESTATE AGENTS

9-November-2006

Waterfords Estate Agents have just received an early Christmas present in the form of resounding plaudits from their clients.

In the latest independent report from the Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA), Waterfords’s clients gave them full marks in every category – Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable and Helpful.

The estate agent also received a 100 per cent recommendation rating in the survey and 100 per cent score when surveyed for Code Compliance as Sellers.

This included questions about complying with OEA business terms, accuracy of particulars, viewing arrangements and continuation of marketing.

“Waterfords achieved excellent results from the recent OEA survey,” says Bill McClintock, Chairman of the Board, Ombudsman for Estate Agents.

“Getting full marks for every category from their clients– professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - was terrific and they should be very proud of getting such praise from their customers.”

The 10 out of 10 in every category beats the national average of 8.7, and 20 Waterfords clients were picked by the OEA from the Bagshot office during the summer.

Waterfords have offices in Camberley, Bagshot, and Chobham in Surrey; Yateley and Fleet in Hampshire and in Sunningdale, Berkshire.

“We are delighted with the Ombudsman’s report,” says Waterfords managing director, Brendan Cox. “The results and whole-hearted endorsement from our clients underline just how seriously we take service and looking after every last detail with care and consideration.”
