Sustaining Chobham Community Land Trust was set up to develop new sustainable, affordable homes which are proposed to be built at Mincing Lane, Chobham.

We aim to provide a mix of 22 one, two and three bedroom affordable homes that can be purchased by people who live, work or have family locally, at prices 20-40% below market price, and 8 two and three bedroom homes that would be available at normal market prices. 

The purchasers of the affordable homes would be the full owner, but just have an obligation to sell at the same discount below market prices when they wish to move on, so ensuring the home remains affordable for the next local purchaser.

The survey is to identify whether you would be interested in purchasing one of the properties if planning permission is granted at the planning inquiry in August.
