Employee of the month April 2022

In April 2022, the employee of the month accolade went to an impressive team member based in our Camberley team. The local sales market across our branch network in Camberley, Chobham, Fleet and Yateley is hectic, with demand for rental properties outstripping supply. Nick Ross wins employee of the month

We are delighted to announce the winner of our employee of the month for April 2022 is our Branch Manager, Nick Ross, based in the Camberley office.

“Nick was a clear winner, with over 5 nominations from across the company! He is always trying so hard for Waterfords staff and customers. Whether this be by getting his family involved in marketing and mystery shopping, or going the extra mile by cleaning a house ready for completion at 6am! His whole team really enjoy working for him and he is a fantastic leader. Despite only recently joining Waterfords, Nick has made a valuable contribution to the Waterfords family.”

About Nick

Nick is passionate about property and has worked in estate agency for over 20 years throughout many different property markets, including the lows of 2009 and the highs of 2016. He has lived in Camberley his whole life, having attended Lyndhurst and Clewborough House Schools and has many connections in the area.

When not working hard for his clients, Nick loves spending time with his family and will be celebrating his 15th wedding anniversary this year. He has two children, Finley and Lola. Finley plays football for both Camberley Town and Curley Park, and Lola attends the local Brownies and Gymnastics Club. He is a keen golfer and enjoys motor racing - both watching and partaking! He loves taking his son to football games in London to watch their favourite team.

Nick's extensive local knowledge and connections along with his vast experience in estate agency makes him ideally placed to take the stress out of your moving journey.
