In February 2022, the employee of the month accolade went to an impressive team member based in our Surrey Lettings team. The local lettings market across our branch network in Camberley, Chobham, Fleet and Yateley is hectic, with demand for rental properties outstripping supply. Alex Singadia wins employee of the month

We are delighted to announce the winner of our employee of the month for February 2022 is our Lettings Consultant, Alex Singadia, based in the Camberley office.

Associate Director, Sam Charlton, comments:

“Alex continues to highly perform month in month out. In February he smashed all his targets and invested time and effort into giving guidance and coaching to a new team member. In February his manager was not in work, and he really stepped up to ensure our landlords and tenants received the excellent level of customer service they are used to. His can-do attitude and work ethic impress everyone in the office.”

About Alex

Alex joined Waterfords in 2021 as a Lettings Consultant in Waterfords Camberley. Alex loves to meet interesting people through his job and helping landlords find tenants for some beautiful properties throughout Surrey.

Alex is local to Camberley and has attended local schools and colleges, giving him excellent local knowledge for tenants looking to move to the Camberley area. In his spare time, he enjoys indoor rock climbing as well as socialising with his family and friends, most of which also live locally in Surrey Heath.
