In June, the employee of the month accolade goes to an impressive team member in Fleet, Hampshire. The local property market in Fleet is hectic and our team have been working incredibly hard to meet the needs of all sellers and buyers. James Hughes wins employee of the month

We are delighted to announce that the winner of our employee of the month for June 2021 is Property Consultant, James Hughes.

A bit about James (football mad!)


 

“Hi, I’m James and I work as a Property Consultant in the Waterfords Fleet team. The most inspiring part of my job is facing new challenges and guiding our customers through the progression of their sale. I absolutely love seeing how happy people are with the service I have provided when they complete on the sale of their property. I really enjoy working with the friendly team at Waterfords and we really do have a lot fun at work because we love what we do.

Before my career as an estate agent in Fleet, I used to coach sports in local schools, so obviously I’m absolutely loving Euro 2020 at the moment! I live in Sandhurst and love watching and playing football. I support Chelsea Football Club and you will often find me enjoying a pint and watching the football with Property Consultant, Liam from our Yateley branch. Our favourite local pubs are The Cricketers and The White Lion in Yateley.”
 

Fun fact:

“I was part of the first English football team to play a competitive match in Nepal – Aldershot Town Football Club.”
