Waterfords are delighted to announce the acquisition of Sapphire Estate Agents.

Sapphire Estate Agents was established in 2002 by directors Colin Keating and Andrew Darling. Over the last 18 years they have built a well-established sales, lettings and property management agency in Sunninghill, Berkshire.

Having acquired Sapphire Estate Agents, Waterfords will offer their respective clients unrivalled customer service and property marketing whilst remaining an independently owned business. Both estate agents are proud to have an outstanding reputation for customer service achieved by the personal care and attention by their founding directors, who remain in the business.

The acquisition comes as Waterfords celebrates its 25th year in business in September 2020, with extensive experience in residential sales, lettings and land and new homes across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. 

The merging of the two agencies will hugely benefit sellers and landlords by gaining increased exposure to their properties through the addition of a substantial number of interested buyers and tenants to the Waterfords database. Waterfords will now also have a significant increase in property for sale and to let for buyers and tenants alike.

Despite 2020 being a difficult year in many ways, Waterfords have a lot to celebrate this year. Waterfords are delighted to be the number 3 estate agent in the entire UK for customer service on the reputable review platform, Trustpilot. Waterfords reached the impressive milestone in June, after collecting over 1000 customer reviews in just 4 years.
