The way we work has fundamentally changed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Many of us work from home to keep our communities safe under new government restrictions.

Our Customer Contact Centre has become more important than ever before during the pandemic. As our staff increasingly work from home, Waterfords are able to provide a central point of contact to ensure our customers can always speak to someone and receive the answers they are looking for.

We know how important it is for our customers to speak to people rather than an answering machine, so our Contact Centre staff are always there to ensure you get the property advice you need. Rather than expanding to a new physical location, we have decided to put our customers first and invest in the Contact Centre to benefit our clients the most in difficult times for all.

We are delighted to announce that we have just expanded our Customer Contact Centre, based in our Camberley branch to assist with the ever-changing way in which we work.

Melissa Hill

Melissa has extensive experience in estate agency in sales, lettings and property law. She brings this experience to Waterfords from various roles across the property industry. Having recently moved home from Farnham to Yateley, Melissa has a wealth of local knowledge too. In her spare time, she loves to walk around all the lovely greenspaces we are lucky to have around Camberley, Chohbam, Fleet and Yateley.

Daniel Few

Daniel has a strong customer service background and brings great energy to our Customer Contact Centre. He has a real passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring our clients are looked after throughout their entire moving journey. Outside of work, Daniel loves football and motorsport.
 

Other recruitment success stories

We have also expanded our Lettings team and welcome the lovely Ellie Leahy as our new Lettings Consultant in the Waterfords Fleet branch. Ellie will work alongside Kane, Rob and the Property Management Team to help landlords and tenants in our Fleet and Yateley branches with her friendly attitude and positive great energy approach to customer service.

Our Head Office Team welcomes Tracy Walton as an administration assistant to help ensure continued compliance and smooth running of all Waterfords departments in the evolving workplace environment.

Tracy has experience in HR and as a PA and will assist our Executive Assistant, Danielle Griffin in the smooth running of the crucial administration function at Waterfords. In 2020 Tracy made over 150 face coverings for the local community and set up a volunteer group to help vulnerable people during lockdown. We are delighted to have our very own local hero joining us!

Personal viewings via video call, virtual property valuations and substantial investment in digital marketing are just some of the ways we have adapted to home mover needs. This has ensured our properties receive ample exposure to the right buyers and tenants.

Over the last 25 years we have always listened to customer feedback and continue to learn and grow to this day. This is still at the forefront of our core values and the basis of our decision to expand our Customer Contact Centre.
