Waterfords Estate and Letting Agents with branches in Camberley, Chobham, Fleet and Yateley, want to thank their staff for the hard work they have all put in during a challenging year. The local property market is certainly busy and our staff have been working incredibly hard to meet the needs of all homemovers and landlords.

Ever since Waterfords opened in 1995, we have always believed in rewarding our hardworking staff with vouchers, holidays, team days out. With the unfortunate arrival of Covid-19, a lot of these rewards have temporarily been put on hold. We have launched an employee of the month scheme to recognise outstanding performance during these unprecedented times.

Lettings Move In Coordinator, Elise Griffin, wins employee of the month FOR THE SECOND MONTH IN A ROW!

We are delighted to announce the winner of our employee of the month for November 2020 is Lettings Move In Coordinator, Elise Griffin! Elise is part of the Property Management team based in our Fleet branch.

Lettings Director, Sam Charlton, comments:

“I wish to congratulate Elise for her fantastic performance throughout November. I would like to share with you just some of the fabulous nominations from other staff I have received about Elise:

Elise is a great nomination. Elise has also been in the Waterfords Camberley office helping out on her day off on her day off so gets my vote as well.

She has gone above and beyond her job role recently, supporting her department, clients and colleagues. Elise has taken on more and more responsibility over the past few months, but taken it all in her stride, never one to complain (that much) she just gets stuck in!!

Elise! Doing me a great service in terms of getting my tenant (and me) organised.

I wish to nominate Elise Griffin. She has repetitively worked beyond her working day, come in on days off and also provided assistance on a weekend without ever getting upset and asking for anything in return. She has done this to provide a top level of work and service to both her own work, Waterfords and of course our clients. She is a real super star within the lettings department.

Elise will be receiving a bonus in her October paycheck to get herself a very well-deserved treat!”
