Waterfords employee of the month October 2020

During a tough year for everyone, Waterfords Estate and Letting Agents with branches in Camberley, Chobham, Fleet and Yateley, want to thank their staff for the hard work they have all put in. The local property market is certainly very busy and our staff have been working incredibly hard to meet the needs of all our clients.

Ever since Waterfords opened in 1995, we have always believed in rewarding our hardworking staff with vouchers, holidays, team days out. With the unfortunate arrival of Covid-19, a lot of these rewards have temporarily been put on hold. We have been thinking of ways we can still reward our staff until things return to normal. We have launched an employee of the month scheme to recognise outstanding performance.

Lettings Move In Coordinator, Elise Griffin, wins employee of the month

We are delighted to announce the winner of our employee of the month for October 2020 is Lettings Move In Coordinator, Elise Griffin! Elise is part of the Property Management Department based in our Fleet branch.

Lettings Director, Sam Charlton, comments:

“I wish to congratulate Elise for her fantastic performance throughout October. Elise has taken on a lot more responsibility than has been expected of her in the property management department in the last month. When we acquired a large portfolio of lettings properties due to the acquisition of Sapphire Estate Agents, Elise took the extra workload in her stride and performed the tasks required to a very high standard.

I only hear great things about Elise when speaking to customers or to anyone at Waterfords. She has a head way above her years, often acting like a much more senior member of the team.

Elise will be receiving a bonus in her October paycheck to get herself a very well-deserved treat!”
