During a tough year for everyone, Waterfords estate agents want to thank their staff for the hard work they have all put in since estate agents were allowed to reopen in May. The local property market is certainly busy and our staff have been working incredibly hard to meet the needs of all our clients.
Ever since Waterfords opened in 1995, we have always believed in rewarding our hardworking staff with vouchers, holidays, team days out. With the unfortunate arrival of Covid-19, a lot of these rewards have temporarily been put on hold. We have been thinking of ways we can still reward our staff until things return to normal. We have launched an employee of the month scheme to recognise outstanding performance.
Lettings Consultant, Rob Hawkins, wins employee of the month
We are delighted to announce our employee of the month for September 2020 is Lettings Property Consultant, Rob Hawkins.
Rob joined the Waterfords Fleet team in 2019 and has already made a positive impression on colleagues and customers. He has a passion and drive to become much more senior at Waterfords so watch this space! The thing he most loves about working in lettings is helping tenants find their dream home during a difficult year and seeing the positive outcomes for both landlords and tenants.

“I am delighted to award Rob with employee of the month. Whilst some staff were on furlough earlier this year, it was very busy in the lettings department with Rob working on his own a lot of the time. He kept customer service to a high standard throughout and always had a friendly smile on his face. I think he’s done incredibly well, especially for someone early on in their property career. He has also been very helpful in training other team members and helping them whenever they need it.
I wish to congratulate Rob for his outstanding performance. He went the extra mile on several occasions. Rob will be rewarded with a Love2Shop voucher to get himself a very well-deserved treat!”
