Waterfords Estate Agents achieve carbon neutral status

We are delighted that as of October 2021, Waterfords Estate Agents with branches in Camberley, Chobham, Fleet and Yateley were certified as a carbon neutral business.

Waterfords Estate Agents has met all Carbon Neutral Britain Certification standards in measuring, calculating and offsetting all organisational carbon emissions within the Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions boundary during the period of 1^st September 2020 to the 31^st August 2021.

Waterfords ensured that 110.18 tonnes CO₂e of emissions were offset in the month of October 2021 via the Climate Fund Portfolio of certified reduction projects around the world.

It is essential that all individuals, businesses, and governments work towards the universal goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Carbon Neutral Britain certification will greatly assist Waterfords in monitoring, reducing, and offsetting its emissions moving forward.
