Guarantees such as a 10 year and insurance cover from the NHBC (National House Building Council) mean that if issues arise you’ll be able to contact the property developer to fix it.

New build property provides great potential for a buy-to-let investment. As well as the points above, new build developments are often specifically placed due to demand in the local community, giving investors a rich list of suitable tenants from the start.
You can secure a property before it is even built
Many buyers who secure a property earlier in the process reap the rewards further down the line. One of the main benefits is that the capital appreciation will have made the property worth more money when the purchaser completes months, or in some case even years, later. As a result, demand for off-plan properties is always strong.
