The team's sole focus is to keep track of every step in the property transaction process after a property has an offer accepted.
What does the Sales Progression Team do?
Once the Sales Team has negotiated an acceptable offer for a property, the case is handed to our dedicated Sales Progression Team. They will immediately establish clear lines of communication with the relevant external contacts involved in the sales process. This includes solicitors, other estate agents, surveyors and mortgage brokers. They then push forward on all aspects of the sale, keeping Waterfords customers informed throughout the process.
