Employee of the month July 2022

In July 2022, the employee of the month accolade went to an impressive team member based in our Lettings team in the Fleet office. The local lettings market across our branch network in Camberley, Chobham, Fleet and Yateley is hectic, with demand for properties outstripping supply. Ever since Waterfords opened in 1995, we have always believed in rewarding our hardworking staff. In 2021, we launched an employee of the month scheme to recognise outstanding performance across all our estate agent departments.
 

Josh Mills wins employee of the month

We are delighted to announce the winner of our employee of the month for July 2022 is our Lettings Consultant in Fleet, Josh Mills.

Associate Director, Sam Charlton, comments:

“Josh not only received 3 nominations from staff, he has also outperformed his own record-breaking performance in June, achieving 25 letting completions in a single month. He also coped incredibly well at very busy times and is often found in the office as early as 7.30am and often hosting viewings in his own time to keep our tenants and landlords happy. His positive attitude and ambition to always pursue excellent customer service is the final reason Josh is a very worthy winner.”

About Josh

Josh started working with Waterfords Lettings at the beginning of 2022 and has proven himself to be an impressive member of the team. Josh broke the company record for the most lets agreed in a single month recently! Something to be incredibly proud of. The most favourite part of his job is lettings tenants know they have secured a property and hearing how delighted they are!

Josh has lived locally in the Frimley area for all of his life, giving him excellent local knowledge for tenants and landlords alike.

When not working very hard for his landlords and tenants, Josh confesses to being a massive petrol head and loves sports like motocross, skiing and mountain biking. He has also completed a 15,000ft skydive!

Josh can't wait to help his list of tenants find their ideal property match!
