Senior Valuer required for our residential sales division ,covering Camberley & Fleet areas in all market sectors with a proven track record of winning business in a competitive area.

Property Management Team Leader - £30,000 basic with uncapped commission

Waterfords has a wonderful opportunity for a Property Management team leader to join our friendly team in our Property Management department. The role is located in the easily accessed town centre of Fleet.

We are interested in those with experience of Property Management who have been a Senior Property Manager and are very experienced

What we offer

  • Being the first port of call for the rest of the PM team and dealing with the day to day running of the team.
  • Full understanding of current legislation
  • Assist with the day to day management of the Lettings Portfolio
  • Manage hard and soft copy data and e-mails and ensure all client files are updated.
  • Deal with landlords and tenants queries verbally and in written form
  • Preparing agreements for landlords and tenants
  • Negotiating contract renewals
  • Preparing inventories, and daily correspondence
  • Booking in Inventories, Gas Safety Certificates and professional cleans on properties
  • Raise Works orders and process Invoices for maintenance works for contractors
  • Undertake property inspection visits

  • An individual who has previous experience of Property Management in an estate agency environment.
  • Self-driven, and calm with a positive outlook and good customer service skills.
  • A hard worker that enjoys being part of a team and willing and able to provide support to more junior members of the team.
  • Determined, a good communicator, good listening skills, tenacious and business like.
  • Must be adept in the use of MS Office
  • Must be an excellent ‘face-to-face’ and telephone communicator.
  • ARLA qualified
