Property Consultant, Fleet: Full time, Permanent

Waterfords are seeking to employ an energetic property consultant with a can-do attitude. Previous experience is ideal but not essential as full training will be provided.   • Good Written and verbal communication skills

Lettings Administrator, Fleet: Full time, Permanent.

Waterfords has a wonderful opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join our friendly team in the Property Management department to undertake the management of let properties and the associated administration. The role is located in the easily accessed town center of Fleet.

We are interested in those with experience of working as a Property Manager in an Estate Agency environment or those willing to train for the role.

  • The administration involved with new tenancies
  • Right to rent checks
  • Compliance
  • Meeting and Greeting Tenants in the office
  • Request move in funds
  • Draw up Tenancy and Renewal agreements
  • Takes payments
  • Updates spreadsheets and systems
  • Liaise with Contractors to book visits such as Gas Safety, professional cleans etc

  • Someone who wants to train for a career in Property Management and Lettings. Or an individual who has previous experience of Property Management in an estate agency environment.
  • Organised, able to work independently and a self-starter. Good at time management and ability to prioritise tasks. Willing to take and train for Compliance exams
  • Able to commute reliably to office base.
  • Must be adept in the use of MS Office
  • Must be an excellent ‘face-to-face’ and telephone communicator.
