Contact Centre Department:


 

CONTACT CENTRE CONSULTANT

Based in the well-connected town centre location of Camberley.

In this role you will work as part of the friendly, fun, close knit team in our Contact Centre. The role will report to the Contact Centre Manager. The role is available due to promotion.

The Contact Centre Consultant responsibilities are:

·         handling both inbound and outbound calls.

·         handling calls in a professional, courteous way which maximises the sales potential for Waterfords.

·         keeping good quality records.

The contact centre consultant role is a sales role therefore you will be required to work to targets and have a passion ‘to sell’ and be target orientated.

The Candidate for the Contact Centre Consultant Role

Must be:

·         Self-motivated and determined to succeed against agreed performance indicators.

·         Ideally you will have some experience within a sales environment.

·         Excellent communication skills are a must; you will be able to demonstrate good listening and questioning skills, and have the confidence to probe and gather information.

Commission is not capped.

As a Contact Centre Consultant you will be required to work shift patterns which will include weekends and the occasional bank holiday. As a guide the early shift is 0800 - 1700; day shift 0900 - 1800; and late shift is 1000 - 1900 Monday - Friday. Saturday is 0830 - 1730 and Sunday is 1000 - 1400. The shifts are on a 4 week rostered basis; 2 weeks are Monday - Friday, and 2 weeks will include a Saturday. One week in 4 is a 6 shift week.

There is the opportunity to join a pension scheme. There is also a life assurance scheme (upon successful completion of a trial). Training will be given on the role and there is the opportunity to train through an agency standard package which is City and Guilds accredited.

Residential Sales Department:


PROPERTY CONSULTANT

Based in the well-connected town centre location of Farnham

In this Property Consultant role you will work in a brand new office in Central Farnham. The role will report to the Area Manager.

The Property Consultant responsibilities are:

·         Making Outbound Calls.

·         Tenaciously seeking and creating new business.

·         Keeping in contact with customers and keeping them up to date with their sale and purchase.

·         Progressing sales through to completion.

·         Delivering leaflets.

·         Generating new business by networking and door-knocking.

 

The Property Consultant role is a sales role therefore you will be required to work to targets and have a passion ‘to sell’ and be target orientated.

The Candidate for the Property Consultant Role

Must be:

·         Self-motivated and determined to succeed against agreed performance indicators.

·         Ideally you will have some experience within a sales environment and/or an estate agency environment

 

·         Excellent communication skills are a must; you must be confident enough to approach and discuss sales opportunities with potential customers.

·         You must be resilient and have the ability to manage customer rejection. 

·         We are offering a basic salary of £16k depending on experience alongside commission - OTE is between £18-24k. Commission is not capped.

As a Property Consultant you will be required to work a 5 day week 0830 – 1800. Every other Saturday is worked, with Wednesday off if you have worked the Saturday.
