What we are looking for;

Waterfords is looking for a Branch Manager to motivate and drive the team a friendly team in the well-connected town of Fleet.

Running an estate agency branch in a competitive market.

Salary: £30,000.00 to £60,000.00 /year

Property Manager or Senior Property Manager

Waterfords has a wonderful opportunity for a Property Manager to join our friendly team in our Property Management department. The role is located in the easily accessed town centre of Fleet. We are interested in those with experience of Property Management.

What we offer:

  • Basic Salary of up to £26k plus commission on some Lettings products

Have to look to see what kind of tasks you'll be undertaking:

  • Being the first port of call for the rest of the PM team and assisting the Area Lettings Manager with the day to day running of the team.
  • Assist with the day to day management of the Lettings Portfolio
  • Manage hard and soft copy data and e-mails and ensure all client files are updated.
  • Deal with landlords and tenants queries verbally and in written form
  • Preparing agreements for landlords and tenants
  • Negotiating contract renewals
  • Preparing inventories, and daily correspondence
  • Booking in Inventories, Gas Safety Certificates and professional cleans on properties
  • Raise Works orders and process Invoices for maintenance works for contractors
  • Undertake property inspection visits

The kind of person we are looking for:

  • An individual who has previous experience of Property Management in an estate agency environment. Self-driven, and calm with a positive outlook and good customer service skills. A hard worker that enjoys being part of a team and willing and able to provide support to more junior members of the team. Determined, a good communicator, good listening skills and tenacious and business like.
  • Able to commute reliably to office base.
  • Must be adept in the use of MS Office
  • Must be an excellent ‘face-to-face’ and telephone communicator.
  • An ARLA qualification would be desirable but not essential.
