Branch Manager - Camberley
Full time, permanent.


Our Branch Manager position in our Camberley office will be responsible to lead and motivate the friendly team in the picturesque village. The well-established office has an excellent local reputation, proven success, profitable with a strong pipeline and vast potential for future growth
 

The successful candidate for the Branch Manager role will be someone who has a proven track record of;

  • Running an estate agency branch in a competitive market.
  • Achieving sales targets and running a profitable branch
  • Leading, coaching and motivating a team.
  • Winning instructions and generating business.
  • Increasing market share.
  • Consistently selling add on’s.
  • Operating within the up-to-date Legislation and Compliance.

New Homes Consultant – Camberley or Fleet
Full time, permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our friendly Land & New Homes team. The New Homes Consultant is required to achieve sales targets to assist with the growth and profitability of the New Homes Department and maintain the company standards as set out in the company charter and mission statement.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Keep weekly contact with entire applicant database
  • Able to sell “off plan”
  • Able to hand over property on completion
  • Proactively contact potential buyers of new homes
  • Undertake purchaser visits and prepare “snag” lists
  • Able to source and create opportunities from the Waterfords databases.
  • Provide site cover if and when requested
  • Cross sell financial products.
  • Progress all personal sales to exchange and completion and when requested assist with other sales in the pipeline
  • Attend meetings, sharing information and providing support where required
  • Adhere to company dress policy and code of conduct
  • Develop personal skills and capability through ongoing training as provided by the company
  • CSC Qualified or be prepared to study for the qualification (provided by the company)

What we are looking for:

Property Consultant - Camberley and Chobham, Surrey

Working across our Camberley and Chobham branches, this is an excellent opportunity to work with two friendly and hardworking teams throughout North Surrey.

The Estate Agent Property Consultant responsibilities at Waterfords Estate Agents are:

  • Making Outbound Calls.
  • Tenaciously seeking and creating new business.
  • Keeping in contact with customers and keeping them up to date with their sale and purchase.
  • Progressing sales through to completion.
  • Delivering leaflets.
  • Generating new business by networking and door-knocking.
  • The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator role is a sales role in Waterfords Estate Agents therefore you will be required to work to targets and have a passion ‘to sell’ and be target orientated.


The Candidate for the Waterfords Estate Agent Sales Negotiator role must be:
 

  • Self-motivated and determined to succeed against agreed performance indicators.
  • Ideally you will have some experience within a sales environment and/or an estate agency environment but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills are a must; you must be confident enough to approach and discuss sales opportunities with potential customers.
  • You must be resilient and have the ability to manage customer rejection.


Pay and benefits:

We are offering a basic salary of £16k depending on experience alongside commission - OTE is between £18-26k. However commission is not capped and there is the potential to earn more.

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator with Waterfords you will be required to work a 5 day week 0830 – 1800. Every other Saturday is worked, with day off in the week off if you have worked the Saturday.

There is the opportunity to join a pension scheme. There is also a life assurance scheme (upon successful completion of a trial). Training will be given on the role.

The Estate Agent Property Consultant requires a driving licence, business class insurance and access to a vehicle for work.

Salary: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
