Sales Manager - Fleet, Hampshire
Full time, permanent


Waterfords has a wonderful opportunity for a Sales Manager to join one of our friendly teams in one of our Residential Sales Branches, all of our branches are well-located in town and village centres.

For this role you will ideally have over 3 year’s estate agency experience.

  • Manage vendors and price reductions adhering to the company policy in this respect
  • Manage and oversee sales progression up to the point of completion
  • Ensure all cross selling opportunities are achieved with both personal and office targets met
  • Attend meetings, share ideas and assist with coaching more junior staff
  • Develop personal skills and capability through ongoing training as provided by the company
  • Assist the Branch Manager in running the Branch including covering the Branch Manager in their absence.
  • Able to provide reports on branch Stats.
  • Oversee the branch valuation and listing process to ensure that office objectives are achieved
  • Undertake valuations and convert to instruction agreements

  • Able to commute reliably to office base. Must have a clean or near clean driver’s license and access to a car to use for work and business class car insurance
  • Must be adept in the use of MS Office and be IT literate
  • Must be an excellent ‘face-to-face’ and telephone communicator.

Contact Centre Consultant - Camberley, Surrey
Full time, permanent


Based in the well-connected town centre location of Camberley. In this role you will work as part of the friendly, fun, close knit team in our Contact Centre. The role will report to the Contact Centre Manager. Full Training will be given on the role.

The Contact Centre Consultant responsibilities are:

  • handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • handling calls in a professional, courteous way which maximises the sales potential for Waterfords.
  • keeping good quality records.
  • Attention to detail

The contact centre consultant role is a sales role therefore you will be required to work to targets and have a passion ‘to sell’ and be target orientated. The Candidate for the Contact Centre Consultant Role must be:

  • Self-motivated and determined to succeed against agreed performance indicators.
  • Ideally you will have some experience within a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must; you will be able to demonstrate good listening and questioning skills, and have the confidence to probe and gather information.

Commission is not capped.

As a Contact Centre Consultant you will be required to work shift patterns which will include weekends and the occasional bank holiday. As a guide the early shift is 0800 - 1700; day shift 0900 - 1800; and late shift is 1000 - 1900 Monday - Friday. Saturday is 0830 - 1730. The shifts are on a 4 week rostered basis; 2 weeks are Monday - Friday, and 2 weeks will include a Saturday. One week in 4 is a 6 shift week. You must be able to commute reliably to and from work.
