Opportunities Available:

Contact Centre Consultant

Based in the well-connected town centre location of Camberley.

In this role you will work as part of the friendly, fun, close knit team in our contact centre. The role will report to the Contact Centre Team Leader. Full training will be given for the role so no previous experience is necessary, this includes City and Guilds accredited qualifications.

The contact centre consultant responsibilities are;

  • handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • handling calls in a professional, courteous way which maximises the sales potential for Waterfords.
  • keeping good quality records.

The contact centre consultant role is a sales roletherefore you will be required to work to targets and have a passion ‘to sell’ and be target orientated.

This role could be full time or part time.

The Candidate must be:

  • Self-motivated and determined to succeed against agreed performance indicators.
  • An excellent communicator; you will be able to demonstrate good listening and questioning skills, and have the confidence to probe and gather information.
  • IT literate.

This role will suit a driven candidate who wants to be part of a close knit team, we would be happy to train someone who has no previous experience.

Waterfords will be offering a competitive basic of 16K for a full time post and a commission scheme to incentivise performance.

Commission is not capped. Likely commission payments based on current consultants working for us are between £3000 - 6600 per year dependent on individual performance and hours worked.

You will be required to work shift patterns which will include weekends and bank holidays. As a guide the early shift is 0800 - 1700, Day shift 0900 - 1800 and Late Shift is 1100 - 2000 Monday - Friday. Saturday is 0830 - 1730 . The shifts are on a 4 week rota basis; 2 weeks are Monday - Friday, and 2 weeks will include weekends. One week in 4 is a 6 shift week.

There is a pension scheme. There is also a life assurance scheme (upon successful completion of a trial). Training will be given on the role and there is the opportunity to train through an agency standard package. 57% of our managers started with us in junior roles and progressed to running their own departments.

You must be able to commute reliable to and from the easily accessible Camberley Town Centre

Sales Manager or Senior Property Consultant in our well located Fleet Branch

Waterfords has a wonderful opportunity for a Sales Manager or Senior Property Consultant to join our friendly team in our well located Residential Fleet Sales Branch.

For this role you will ideally have over 3 year’s estate agency experience for the Sales Manager role or over 2 years’ experience for Senior Property Consultant role.

Have a look below to see what kind of tasks you’ll be undertaking;

·         Oversee the branch valuation and listing process to ensure that office objectives are achieved

·         Undertake valuations and convert to instruction agreements

·         Manage vendors and price reductions adhering to the company policy in this respect

·         Manage and oversee sales progression up to the point of completion

·         Ensure all cross selling opportunities are achieved with both personal and office targets met

·         Attend meetings, share ideas and assist with coaching more junior staff

·         Develop personal skills and capability through ongoing training as provided by the company

·         Assist the Branch Manager in running the Branch including covering the Branch Manager in their absence.

·         Able to provide reports on branch Stats

Able to commute reliably to office base. Must have a clean or near clean driver’s license and access to a car to use for work.

Must be adept in the use of MS Office and be IT literate

Must be an excellent ‘face-to-face’ and telephone communicator.

The basic salary is between £18.5k - 25k dependent on experience, with realistic on target earnings between £35k - £42k (we monitor our employees pay and these are achieved by the majority of people with this job title - so are achievable and realistic)
