Landlord incentive terms and conditions:
The referring landlord must currently be using Waterfords Estate Agents for a managed service: Rent Collect or Fully Managed. Your free month’s management will be based on your current Property Management package in your existing agency agreement. Incentive of one months free service will be deducted once the referred landlord has signed a tenancy and the new tenancy has been legally executed.
