In March, the employee of the month accolade goes to an impressive team member in our Fleet Lettings Team. The local Lettings market in the Fleet and Yateley area is hectic and our team have been working incredibly hard to meet the needs of all our landlords and tenants. There is still incredibly high demand for houses and apartments to rent in the Fleet, Yateley and Sandhurst area so if you are looking to let out your property or are a landlord with a portfolio, please get in touch.

Ever since Waterfords Estate Agents opened in 1995, we have always believed in rewarding our hardworking staff. In 2021, we launched an employee of the month scheme to recognise outstanding performance across all our estate agent departments.
 

Rob Hawkins wins employee of the month

We are delighted to announce that the winner of our employee of the month for March 2022 is Fleet Senior Lettings Consultant, Rob Hawkins.

Associate Director, Sam Charlton, comments:

“Rob preforms for Waterfords as a whole, not just his department. He is always first out of his chair to great a client in the Fleet office, he is always happy to take a call, be it for sales, lettings or property management. What has been the stand out for me this month, is that he sets aside time to make sure his new member of the lettings team has time to learn and develop."

A bit about Rob


 

“Hi, I’m Rob and I work as a Senior Lettings Consultant in the Fleet team. I started my career at Waterfords in 2019 and progressed from a letting’s trainee to consultant within my first year. I am delighted to have been promoted to Senior Lettings Consultant in 2022."

Before I worked at Waterfords, I used to be a landscape gardener, so this is definitely a change in career direction, but I absolutely love it. I live in Fleet and I also grew up in Church Crookham so I know the local area incredibly well which is really useful when helping our tenants find a property.

When I’m not at work, I really enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and my dog, enjoying the local walks in Fleet, which there are plenty of.
