Employee of the month May 2022

In May 2022, the employee of the month accolade went to an impressive team member based in our Land & New Homes team, based in the Camberley office. The local sales market across our branch network in Camberley, Chobham, Fleet and Yateley is hectic, with demand for properties outstripping supply. Ever since Waterfords opened in 1995, we have always believed in rewarding our hardworking staff. In 2021, we launched an employee of the month scheme to recognise outstanding performance across all our estate agent departments.
 

Elise Griffin wins employee of the month

We are delighted to announce the winner of our employee of the month for May 2022 is our New Homes Property Consultant, Elise Griffin.

About Elise

“I joined Waterfords in 2019 as a Move In Consultant, the start of my career in agency. I've grown my knowledge of the industry, taking on further responsibilities in Lettings Accounts. I then joined our Sales team to learn more about the industry. Since then, I have been recruited to head up our New Homes department and so far, I have loved every second of it!

What I love most about my role is being involved with marketing, as well as the excitement of a site launch! It feels incredibly rewarding handing over the keys to people as they are ready to start their own journey in their brand-new home.

I have had some big achievements at Waterfords, one was an award for my customer service. I am incredibly proud that I have been able to provide outstanding service which has led to repeat business.

I have lived in the Fleet area for most of my life, giving me impressive local knowledge, which my customers definitely benefit from. In my spare time, I like to socialise and watch the rugby, it’s a great way to relax after a week at work!”
