In November 2021, the employee of the month accolade goes to an impressive team member based at our Chobham Branch of Waterfords Estate Agents. The local property market across our branch network in Camberley, Chobham, Fleet and Yateley is hectic, and all our teams have been working very hard. George Fenton wins employee of the month

We are delighted to announce the winner of our employee of the month for November 2021 is our Sales Manager, George Fenton, based in Waterfords Chobham Office.

“George has had an incredibly good run recently, including being promoted to Sales Manager in the Chobham branch. Prior to this he led the Camberley sales team under challenging circumstances in the autumn and still managed to find positive outcomes for all. About George

George brings a great balance of traditional and modern agency to Chobham. Having lived in the village for 20+ years, George has a wealth of knowledge on the local area.

Having started his career in property with Waterfords Chobham as a trainee negotiator, George made quick steps into growing the office and developing into a great agent that was proven by his reputation with the locals.

After 3 years in Chobham, George’s new journey lied ahead of him with a move to our flagship Camberley Branch as the Senior Negotiator which offered an opportunity to really develop his skills. With all the experience George gained in Camberley, he moved back to the Chobham branch as the sales manager.

Aside from work, George is a keen footballer and enthusiastic golfer, playing regularly at local club, Foxhills. If you ever bump into George around the club, feel free to say hello.

The local lad is back and ready to help as many of his neighbours as possible!
