Sam Charlton

I started in estate agency in 2009, working in Wokingham, Berkshire where I grew up. Following the career ladder available to myself, I climbed the ranks quickly from a Trainee Lettings Consultant to running my first branch from 2011. I started working for Waterfords in early 2017 as an Area Manager, having been hugely successful in turning the lettings department around to a highly successful, customer focused function. Since starting with Waterfords, I have lead the lettings team to break all previously set company records, doubling the Lettings portfolio by understanding the lettings demands and working closely, whilst providing a 5 star service with valuable landlords and tenants in the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire areas. Since my time at Waterfords, I have successfully been promoted to Director, most recently taking on a new challenge, looking after both the Lettings and Residential sides of the business to develop staff to be the stars of the future of this great company. Living in Fleet with my wife Sophie, two daughters, Willow and Bonnie, and my dog Marley, when not in the office I love to spend time with my family with such activities as walking around Fleet Pond, taking my girls to local soft plays. When I do get that little me time, you would most likely find me either on the golf course, playing football with my local 5 aside team or socialising with friends watching my beloved Arsenal.
