In October 2021, the employee of the month accolade goes to an impressive team member based at our Head Office in Fleet, Hampshire. The local property market across our branch network in Camberley, Chobham, Fleet and Yateley is hectic, and our Head Office team have been working incredibly hard to support staff across all departments. Ever since Waterfords Estate Agents opened in 1995, we have always believed in rewarding our hardworking staff. In 2021, we have launched an employee of the month scheme to recognise outstanding performance across all our estate agent departments.
 

Danielle Griffin wins employee of the month

We are delighted to announce the winner of our employee of the month for October 2021 is our Operations Executive, Danielle Griffin, based at Head Office.

Associate Director, Sam Charlton, comments:

“Dani is always available to help any member of the team over any matter and works around the clock to support everyone. Her amazing administrative skills keep everyone organised and she is always willing to assist, even in things that are not in her job description! She has been invaluable in organising the opening of our brand-new office in The Hart Centre in Fleet and we don’t know what we would do without her! Thank you for your hard work, Dani.”

About Dani

“Hi my name is Dani and I work at Waterfords Head Office in Fleet town centre.

I have been with Waterfords for over ten years and began my journey in the Property Management Department. I worked my way up to running the Property Management Department and then when the opportunity to become an Executive Assistant at Head Office arose, I jumped at the opportunity. I am now the Operations Executive for Waterfords Estate Agents.

I am originally from Wales but moved to Fleet when I was younger. After moving to Fleet I worked at Martin & Co and Countrywide before coming to work for Waterfords Estate Agents.

In my free time I love holidays and spending time with family and friends, especially where prosecco is involved! My favourite local restaurant must be Cote in Farnham.

Something you might know about me: I have performed on stage at the London National Theatre and I used to be a professional dancer!”
